Eat healthy, control portion sizes, exercise.
In other words, eat the way God intended us to eat.
I’m a bit of a naturalist. I don’t really do medicine…I think there is a natural cure for just about everything.
Processed food is a “no no” although I occasional (cough cough) do give into that little bit of heart attack heaven.
People always ask…”Dana, how do you get your teeth so white?”. I’m about to let you in on a little secret so don’t take this information lightly…
I make my own toothpaste (it’s true!!).
1/2 baking soda + 1/2 peroxide = teeth whiting goodness. I do it once a day, and the other parts of the day I brush with Toms all natural toothpaste (which I HIGHLY recommend).
I have an idea…get off your diet bandwagon. Let’s all get healthy together by eating lean (hormone free meats), fresh organic fruits and vegetables and plenty of exercise.
