So I was thinking….
when people show up to a party they normally bring fatty foods like chips and dip, cookies, coke(s)..etc. Well, I’ve decided to have a health food party…so that we can learn some healthy choices when throwing a shin dig. I’m not sure WHEN this party is going down, or at who’s home it will be at, but soon friends…soon. I think it would be fun to meet together and share some healthy delicious food! ….we could even exchange recipes! love it!!

My favorite healthy party food…of course…is homemade salsa with soy flaxseed chips (120 cals per serving, 800mg omega 3, 6 grams protein).
